We hereby announce that the Chairman of the Board, Kjell Nilsson, in accordance
with AGM resolutions and following consultation with the company's three largest
owners, has appointed a Nomination Committee comprising the following:
* Caroline af Ugglas, representing Skandia Liv, Chairman
* Gerald Engström, representing Systemair AB
* Stefan Charette, representing Creades AB
* Peter Rönström, representing Lannebo Fonder
* Kjell Nilsson, Chairman of the board of Lindab International AB
In accordance with an AGM resolution, the Nomination Committee will evaluate the
composition and work of the Board of Directors and will draft proposals for the
2014 AGM regarding:
* Election of a Chairman for the AGM.
* Election of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board
* Fees to Board members, any committees and auditors
* Composition of the Nomination Committee for the 2015 AGM
Shareholders who wish to contact the Nomination Committee are invited to send an

The company will announce the date for the 2014 AGM when reporting the third
quarter of 2013.
Shareholders who wish to submit a proposal for consideration at the AGM should
send these to the Chairman of the Board (at the above address) in reasonable
time prior to publication of the notice to attend the meeting, which is
scheduled for the end of March 2014.
